Any delays in supplying information, approvals, payments or selections may affect the project timeline.

Any requested changes to the agreed scope of works may be treated as a variation. Variations may affect the final price, construction timeframe and project schedule.

All variations must be discussed, confirmed and approved in writing before the additional work is carried out.
